  • What services do you offer?

  • How do I purchase my domain?

    I'm a Namecheap affiliate and expert. I suggest buying your domain through them and I am more than equipped to walk you through it. 


    You may also purchase through GoDaddy, Google, Hostgator, Hover. There are tons of options. For the best experience, buy a domain here

  • What is your turnaround time?

    This depends on your project.  I give timelines to provide buffer space for "life" and communication stalls. Any project needed in 1 week or less is subject to rush fees.


    You can expect:

    •  4-6 weeks on brand identity
    • 4-12 weeks on website design 
    • 1-4 weeks on digital design
    • 1-2 weeks on print design (files only)

    This timing is estimated, but largely dependent upon the scope of the project and timeliness of communication.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! A 50% deposit is due to secure your spot on the calendar and open a project. The remaining 50% balance is due before the project is closed and before final files are delivered to you. 


    Business optimization/consultation rates vary, but clients can choose hourly or weekly billing.


    All virtual assistance clients are required to agree to a 3 month minimum contract. 

  • What type of payment is accepted?

    All major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and ACH transfers. Other methods available upon request. No cash or check will be accepted.

  • How many revisions do I receive?

    You'll receive 2-3 revision rounds included in your rate. Each revision thereafter is subject to a fee of $50 per hour. 

  • What if I need to update my site?

    Effective as of 6/9/2019: All site hosting plans through DBT include monthly site maintenance. This cannot be separated from the hosting plan but you'll be GLAD you have it! It's like website insurance. 


    If you have a previously design site that needs to be re-vamped, we can create a custom package to fit your needs depending on where your site is hosted. Please inquire here about re-designing an existing site.

  • Is there a discount for repeat clients?

    I love my repeat clients! There are no discounts, however, you can choose retainer plan which is a lesser investment than paying for new services individually. Let's talk about retainer plans! Inquire here.

  • What platform do you design sites on?

    Webflow!  

  • How do we communicate during my project?

    I communicate with clients through a designated client portal and Slack! 


    If you ever need a phone call, we'll schedule it through your client portal.

  • What does "print ready files" mean?

    Print ready files are files that have been specifically optimized for professional printing. Once your project is complete and all invoices are paid, you'll be sent files that are ready to be printed without you or a printer having to edit them. 

  • Do you print?

    I am partnered with several high quality printers to provide print service for my clients.
